FAQ

Questions about the product, technology, terms and risk.

These answers bring product, NinjaTrader 8, MGC futures, VPS, market data, license options, results and support together in one place.

Product & license

GoldAutoTradePRO is automated trading software for Gold futures. It runs through NinjaTrader and can trade according to defined rules directly on the customer’s own trading account. GoldAutoTradePRO is neither a broker nor an asset manager and does not hold customer funds.
GoldAutoTradePRO is designed for the Micro Gold Future (MGC). MGC is a standardized exchange-traded futures contract on Gold. Futures are leveraged financial instruments and involve substantial risk of loss.
Yes. GoldAutoTradePRO is not a broker. Trading requires your own compatible trading account, and your trading capital remains with your broker.
No. Your trading capital remains in your own brokerage account. GoldAutoTradePRO does not hold customer funds. When enabled, however, the software can automatically submit orders on that trading account and those trades can produce profits or losses.
Conservative, Moderate and Aggressive are included in every license option. They share the same system core and differ in the enabled trade mix and therefore in selectivity and activity.
Fixed 3-, 6- and 12-month terms are available. The feature set is identical; longer commitments reduce the monthly price.
No. The 3-, 6- and 12-month options are billed monthly during the fixed term and then end automatically. A new term starts only through a new purchase.
The product includes the NinjaTrader 8 customer build, all three operating modes, multiple strategy families, rollover guard, auto-reload/resync after relevant data interruptions, optional Telegram notifications, News & Margin Safety, NinjaTrader Vendor Licensing, installation & customer onboarding, and technical support.
The agreed price remains unchanged for the entire fixed term and all instalments belonging to it. A later renewal or new term uses the current checkout price. An early renewal does not forfeit any remaining paid access days.

Futures basics

A future is a standardized exchange-traded contract. It has, among other things, a defined contract size, tick structure and expiry. Futures are traded on margin and can result in substantial losses.
MGC stands for Micro Gold Futures. It is the smaller Gold futures contract and allows finer position scaling than the larger Gold futures contract.
Liquidity moves from an expiring contract into a later contract month. The active contract must therefore be selected deliberately and monitored operationally. GoldAutoTradePRO includes a rollover guard for this purpose.
A tick chart closes a bar after a fixed number of market updates rather than after a fixed amount of time. GoldAutoTradePRO uses a 500-tick structure as its operating baseline.
MGC is an exchange-traded futures contract. A Gold CFD is an over-the-counter derivative issued by the relevant CFD provider. Product structure, trading conditions and counterparty differ.
Basic knowledge of futures, margin, leverage, contract months, rollover and order risks is strongly recommended. Automation does not replace risk understanding.

Technology & operation

NinjaTrader is the trading platform on which GoldAutoTradePRO runs and through which the trading connection or broker access is used. GoldAutoTradePRO is an independent third-party product and is not part of NinjaTrader.
GoldAutoTradePRO is designed for NinjaTrader 8 Desktop on Windows.
Real-time MGC/COMEX market data is required. With a suitably configured NinjaTrader Brokerage account, market data can be obtained directly through NinjaTrader; exchange data fees may apply depending on account and exchange status. A separate third-party data feed is not mandatory for this setup.
No. A suitable Windows PC can be sufficient. For an always-available environment separated from the private computer, we recommend a Windows VPS. Contabo is our tested reference; the provider remains freely selectable.
On Windows, access is typically handled through Remote Desktop (RDP). On macOS, iPhone and iPad, Microsoft Windows App can be used to connect to the remote PC. More detail is available on the VPS page.
The GoldAutoTradePRO licence is technically assigned to the intended NinjaTrader account through NinjaTrader Vendor Licensing. The licence duration follows the selected GoldAutoTradePRO term.
After successful payment and activation, customers receive the intended customer files plus step-by-step material for import, setup, first commissioning and the key operational workflows.
After relevant interruptions, new entries are blocked. Once the state allows it, the historical data basis can be resynchronized in a controlled way, reducing the risk of continuing blindly from an unknown data state.
Yes, optionally. Notifications can cover trades as well as important status, connection and recovery events.

Results & risk

No. The stop is an intended protection level, not a guaranteed loss cap. In fast markets, slippage, price gaps or exchange/broker protection mechanisms can result in later or different execution. News and recovery safeguards reduce technical risk but do not provide an execution guarantee.
It refers to 1 MGC as the smallest supported position size. It is not a broker minimum balance and not a promise of sufficient loss reserve. NinjaTrader quotes margin in USD and may temporarily increase it, particularly around key economic news. Current broker requirements remain authoritative.
The metrics come from historical NinjaTrader Strategy Analyzer evaluations of past MGC market data. They can be inspected by mode, contract and individual trade and do not represent live account performance. Historical and hypothetical results do not guarantee future outcomes.
Maximum drawdown is calculated separately for each contract window. The overall view shows the highest of these contract-specific drawdowns; rollover gaps between contract windows are not artificially combined into one drawdown.
No. Futures trading is risky. Market conditions, execution, liquidity and technical conditions can change. Historical results are neither a guarantee nor a forecast of future performance.

Purchase & support

Choose 3 months, 6 months or 12 months on the product page and continue to checkout. After successful payment and activation, access is provided according to the selected model.
The first monthly payment is due at checkout. The remaining monthly payments are collected automatically each month. The contract ends automatically after the fixed term.
A failed instalment does not extend the paid access period. Any period already paid for remains available until it ends, and the payment provider may make further collection attempts. If the paid period has ended and the due instalment is still unpaid, access is temporarily paused. After a successful catch-up payment, the same access is restored. One failed instalment does not automatically make all future instalments immediately due.
Checkout is prepared for card payments through Stripe and for PayPal. The payment methods actually available are shown in checkout.
For fixed terms, reminder emails are planned before expiry so that an intended renewal is not forgotten. Renewal still does not happen automatically.
Released updates are provided together with the relevant installation or update instructions.
The product page includes a short contact form for technical or organizational questions before purchase.
